We plan and manage accommodation for project and camp-based workforces, from single-site lodging to full camp space allocation. Space is planned around crew size, shift rotation and the site's own constraints, so mobilization is not held up waiting on where people will sleep. We coordinate setup, maintenance and day-to-day management of housing facilities, keeping accommodation standards consistent with client and regulatory requirements throughout the contract.
